We, the undersigned, ask the County to provide the safer 3-lane Boulevard in Harvey Cedars, changing Long Beach Blvd to two lanes of traffic and a center turning lane, delivering wider safer shoulders for the purpose of safe walking, jogging, bike riding, stroller-pushing and even driving.
